Background

CDF was set up by Wendy Henshall in 1995. Wendy, along with a group of like-minded professionals, set up CDF to become a centre of excellence and a one stop shop on behalf of not for profit organisations who did not have the financial wherewithal or the specialist knowledge to raise their own desperately needed income.

With over two decades of experience, Wendy has previously managed various campaigns and appeals for several high profile organisations such as:

o Guys and St. Thomas’s – Sponsor a Cot Appeal/Retrieval Campaign

o Birmingham Children’s Hospital – The Red Balloon Appeal

o North of England Cancer Research Campaign – Stemcell Appeal

CDF is a fully integrated income generation consultancy for non-profit making organisations. CDF will devise an effective and comprehensive campaign based on our proven track record of success and your particular needs.

Whilst we are not located in the environs of your office, we see ourselves as a vital integral part of your team. Essential to its ultimate success. We liaise closely with you to update you on progress, but more importantly, we ensure you approve all campaign literature etc, before its use, thus affording you maximum ‘ownership’ of the project – without the hard work!

At your disposal is our extensive database of benevolent companies and individuals and has been built up over the years through our network of relationships, based on honesty, integrity and professionalism.

We will select, train and monitor the specialist dedicated team on your behalf.

We will produce all the campaign literature for the project.

Initially we would need input from you to thoroughly brief the team about the project.

We would hold regular progress update meetings and provide ‘progress report
